Interior Services Group acquires OLSON ENTERPRISE, the Moscow based Fit Out Specialist
Interior Services Group plc ("ISG"), the 1 billion pounds sterling turnover international construction services specialist, has today announced the acquisition of OLSON ENTERPRISE, a fit-out specialist based in Moscow.
OLSON ENTERPRISE is one of the leading Fit Out companies in the Moscow market and has been operating since 1992, employing over 120 people. In addition, OLSON offers a mechanical and electrical maintenance service to clients ensuring that their workplace environments are managed and operated without interruption. OLSON’s client base is predominantly international companies and large Russian enterprises.
ISG and OLSON have been working successfully in partnership for the last two years delivering high quality projects for key international end user clients.
This acquisition provides ISG with the opportunity to increase its involvement in the Russian market and to deliver projects to international standards for its many customers in this expanding market. ISG plans to further enhance OLSON’s capabilities by introducing the latest best practices including Safety, Health and the Environment, increased knowledge and training for staff and a wider contact network amongst international clients, project managers and architects.
All existing senior management and staff will remain with the company and Natalia Luzhanskaya, OLSON’s experienced General Director will continue to lead the company. The company will trade as “ISG OLSON”.
