New Project for the one of the biggest banks of Sweden

CJSC OLSON ENTERPRISE is pleased to inform that during the tender organized by ОАО Swedbank the company was selected as General Contractor for fit-out works execution in the new administrative office for Swedbank in Moscow.

In the beginning of January 2010 the company began the following type of works:
- fit-out works;
- engineering works.
The works will be performed at “White Square” Business center on the 4th and 5th floors at Lesnaya str., 5. The total project area is 3000 sq.m.

As the Management of OLSON ENTERPRISE has reported, it is not the first work experience with the foreign banks; earlier the company has executed the fit-out and engineering works for such well-known financial institutions as Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse Group, Brunswick UBS Warburg, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and others.

Swedbank has 9,5 million retail customers and 550,000 corporate customers, with more then 770 branches: in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Luxembourg, Marbella, New York, Oslo, Shanghai, Tokyo and Kiev. On the Russian market bank has presented since 2005 in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Krasnodar.
