Herewith our organization is very much pleased to confirm that in 2009 Western Union experienced highly successful work with OLSON ENTERPRISE on our new Headquarters project in Moscow, located on the 7th floor of Metropolis business center at 16 Leningradskoe shosse. The project area was approximately 1,600 M2.

OLSON's Team delivered the turn-key project which included:

- Design from initial space plan to the full package of architectural and M&E working drawings
- Full scope of construction, M&E and fit-out services, including
Partitions, floors, ceilings
HVAC and Plumbing systems
Electrical works
Fire fighting and fire alarm systems (including gas suppression system in the server room)
Safe room arrangement
CCTV, security system and access control system, IT/telephony network
Final commissioning and approvals
- Furniture tender and supply
- Office relocation
- Interface with Western Union internal service groups, corporate groups and end-users

Selecting OLSON as the one point of contact for the full scope of work allowed us to simplify the organization structure of the project and therefore, significantly reduced the risks in comparison with the traditional approach while the form of contract utilized gave us confidence in competitive pricing. I have used a traditional approach to project delivery in many international markets and strongly support the OLSON approach to project delivery.

I greatly appreciated the professionalism of OLSON’s Team and in particular Project Manager Dmitry Voropaev. Dmitry and his team were very supportive in protecting our company’s best interests, including the areas out of their contractual obligations, especially in relations with the Landlord and building’s management company. Their goal-driven attitude and rational approach allowed the project to meet the challenge and led it to the successful completion.

OLSON’s site managers and engineers applied well-defined processes and the proper industry practices in construction management while ensuring the outstanding quality of fit-out and engineering works. The project met the programme and was completed within the initially planned budget.
